Return & Exchange Policy
We thank you for choosing us. We would first like to mention our Making process, before beginning any return-exchange formalities. The smallest of pieces of jewellery at Mansi Jewels are handmade, one of a kind, made with intricate artisanal skills, and each product is passed through a strict quality check before being processed for the shipping procedure.
Studio Experience
We would like to mention here that any designs that you purchase from us in-person at our studio, cannot be replaced, returned, or exchanged in any circumstances.
Online Experience
As mentioned above, the tedious and artisanal processes of designing and making our jewellery pieces, we strictly do not accept any return.
Only in case of any damage during the time of conveyance after the product is shipped, receiving a wrongly sized product, or receiving an incorrect option of the product over your selected order, we accept the Exchange request. The customer is required to return the product in its original state with its original packing (No wear and tear will be accepted).
For any other reasons for Exchange request:
The customer should write their reasoning to us on WhatsApp at +91 98798 14471. For an exchange in this circumstance, the shipping and logistics charges for the entire order (either domestic or international) will be borne by the customer.
Process for Exchange
- The client is required to drop in their request/complaint within 2 days of receiving the order via WhatsApp/Call on +91 98798 14471.
- Importantly, a suitable supporting media (clear photographs of the damage or any other inconvenience) for the same should be provided to get it reviewed by our Quality Check Team. If approved, we will begin the exchange process.
- In case of disapproval, we do not process Exchange requests.
Refund Policy
We only issue a refund in the following cases:
- If the package is lost at the time of conveyance after being shipped by us.
- If Mansi Jewels is running out of the same product and cannot provide a replacement.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address, Incorrect address format (including PO Box).
- If the delivery attempts fail from the shipping community.
- There are usually minor color and design variations, as the jewellery is handmade. Hence, we do not accept it as a defect and so no refund is processed for the same.
- If the parcel is refused by the receiver.
- If there are any sizing issues (please refer to size guides or contact us before purchasing; in case of error, we initiate an exchange process).
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition and returning the product after the given limit of time for exchange.
- Products that are not damaged and hence not approved by our quality check team.
Cancellation Policy
Keeping up with the quality and meeting client expectations is our forte. We undergo a double-analyzed strict quality check before delivering the design to the designated customer. Hence, we do not entertain any cancellations/alterations once the order is placed.
