Return & Exchange Policy
We thank you for choosing us. Before beginning any return or exchange formalities, we would like to highlight our making process. Each jewellery piece at Mansi Jewels is handmade, one of a kind, and crafted with intricate artisanal skills. Every product passes through strict quality checks before being shipped.
Studio Experience
Please note that any designs purchased in-person at our studio are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange under any circumstances.
Online Experience
Due to the detailed and handcrafted nature of our products, we strictly do not accept returns.
We accept exchange requests only in the following cases:
- Damage during transit after the product has been shipped.
- Receipt of a wrongly sized product.
- Receipt of an incorrect product variant from your selected order.
The product must be returned in its original state and packaging. Any wear and tear will result in disqualification from the exchange process.
Other Exchange Requests
For any other reason, customers should message us on WhatsApp at +91 98798 14471 with a valid explanation. Please note that in such cases, the full shipping and logistics costs (domestic or international) will be borne by the customer.
Process for Exchange
- The client must raise the complaint within 2 days of receiving the order via WhatsApp/Call on +91 98798 14471.
- Clear photographs or videos of the damage or issue must be shared for review by our Quality Check Team.
- If approved, the exchange process will be initiated.
- If disapproved, no exchange will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- If the package is lost during transit after shipment by us.
- If Mansi Jewels is out of stock of the same product and cannot provide a replacement.
Refund Timelines
- Domestic Refunds: The refund process will take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
- International Refunds: The refund process will take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the customer’s country and their bank's processing policies.
No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address, or incorrect address format (including PO Box).
- Failed delivery attempts by the shipping service.
- Minor color or design variations due to handmade nature—these are not considered defects.
- If the parcel is refused by the receiver.
- Sizing issues (refer to our size guide or contact us before ordering). In such cases, we only offer exchange.
- Used or damaged returned products or those returned after the exchange window has passed.
- Products not approved by our Quality Check Team as damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
At Mansi Jewels, we prioritize quality and client satisfaction. All products undergo a double-analyzed quality check before shipping. Therefore, we do not entertain any order cancellations or alterations once an order has been placed.
