Notions, कुछ ख्याल
When I was 8, my mother used to keep our small balcony filled with flowers and plants. Our house used to smell like the aroma of roses and incense sticks all day. Whenever I plucked flowers, mother used to stop me. It was only as I grew up, I understood, that to let someone or something we love grow, we have to save it and fight for it, protect it and hold it, in all situations. The desire that I discovered in myself at the age of 13, to create and to weave my thoughts in jewellery, never stopped back, when one day I realised, that plucking flowers would have hurt and destroyed the plants, but nurturing them as they were would let them grow and make you feel the contentment of letting them grow, of letting them breathe, like I do, like you do and like we all do. I did the same to my dreams. I knew it was never easy, but all I could see was adorning and designing all of the Joy and art with my hands, that would only unfurl further to the people, who admired my vision.

I Still look in the mirror somedays, and see that 13 year old Mansi wandering on streets, she would never have imagined her strength as her present version, a working woman, a wife and mother to 2 kids. Mansi jewels was a dream for her, that is slowly coming true now. I feel determination has no age and limit. It grows stronger and stronger with you believing in it. I know, There is still a lot to achieve, a lot to learn and a lot to grow, but, “Khushi toh start karte hi milegi.” Sometimes, we do not start, procrastinate, feeling that our efforts might fail and degrade us, but that is where we need to focus, determine, believe and start, restart and keep doing it and keep finding and discovering ourselves everyday.
